2012-2022 Strategic Plan
Members from all corners of the CALS community came together during the 2012–2013 academic year to develop a strategic plan for the college, led by a committee composed of administrative leadership, faculty, staff, students, and external partners. This effort resulted in the college’s new strategic plan, to guide and advance the mission, vision, guiding principles, and strategies of the college.
2017 Organizational Redesign
In 2017, the college began an organizational redesign process to develop a conceptual design for the college that would align resource allocation with priorities, performance, and efficiency, resulting in robust, resilient, and adaptable departments.
