The First Year Out: Faking It, Figuring It Out, and What No One Tells You

Join recent CALS alumni for a candid conversation about what really happens after graduation. From first jobs and unexpected career turns to imposter syndrome, workplace culture, and selecting and applying to graduate or professional programs, this panel will share the lessons they wish they had known before leaving campus.

This is not a polished success-story panel. It is an honest look at the transition from college to the real world, designed to help students feel more prepared, more confident, and a little less alone about what comes next.

This event is co-hosted with WALSAA (Wisconsin Agricultural and Life Sciences Alumni Association).
