Dean on Call

Dean on Call is a resource offered by CALS Academic Affairs. Students can meet with one of the CALS academic deans to talk about topics such as credit overload requests, changing majors after 85 credits, personal and academic issues, and academic policies. You can schedule an appointment or you can drop-in during scheduled days. In-person appointments, scheduled or drop-in, will be in 116 Ag Hall.

Fall and Spring semesters

These times are open for in-person, virtual, phone, and drop-in appointments.

• Mondays and Thursdays, 1:00–3:00 p.m.
• Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:00–11:00 a.m.

Summer term

Dean on Call meetings during the Summer term are virtual only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check Starfish for availability. Contact deanoncall@cals.wisc.edu if you need a different modality for a summer Dean on Call meeting.
