CALS Student Center Reservations

Are you looking for a place to meet or study with friends or your student organization?

Students can now reserve some spaces in the CALS Student Center located in room 25 Agricultural Hall!

The Student Center hours:
Monday through Friday (closed on weekends and holidays)
7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Examples of events that can be held in 25J:

Gatherings of between 10 and 40 individuals,
student organization meetings, resource tabling, study groups with more than 10 individuals.

This area is primarily meant to be drop-in study space for students. However, reservations for activities intended for students may be considered. To ensure that the Student Center continues to be an open space for all students, 25J is unable to be reserved at the same time to ensure that space is available for drop-in study space.

Contact academicaffairs@cals.wisc.edu with event details and audience for approval.
If an event is approved to use this space, sandwich boards and event staff should direct drop-in students to the wings for study space.
