The Peninsular Ag Research Station is located on Wisconsin’s geographical thumb, the Door Peninsula, with the waters of Green Bay to the west and Lake Michigan to the east. Agricultural researchers use the station as a field laboratory, developing pest control programs as well as research projects to help improve yield and quality of apples, cherries, grapes, and hazelnuts. Station research staff also coordinate projects with UW-Madison CALS Departments including Horticulture, Entomology, Agronomy, and Plant Pathology.
