Organic Seed to Spirit Field Day

Join OGRAIN, Artisan Grain Collaborative, The Land Connection, IDEA Farm Network, Mad Agriculture, and Rodale Institute to explore and network across the grain chain. You will tour Cow Creek Organic Farm and Silver Tree Spirits, learn about food-grade grain handling, and discuss how environment influences flavor with an optional tasting. This event will also feature a grain chain panel and organic grain buyer-seller mixer where you can talk to farmer and distiller perspectives on local grain relationships and build connections in this space.

This event is free and includes lunch, but please register for accurate ordering.
