CALS operates three diagnostic labs that offer helpful services to members of the community.
Insect Diagnostic Lab
Provides identification of insects and insect damage. Primary services are available for Wisconsin citizens and commercial businesses.
Plant Disease Diagnostics Clinic
Provides assistance in identification and control of plant diseases. Services include tests for bacterial, fungal and viral plant pathogens. Also available from the clinic are a wide range of educational materials and publications.
Turfgrass Diagnostic Lab
Provides diagnostic information and management recommendations for all turf health issues concerning both commercial turfgrass managers and homeowners.
